GIN HOUND
· 2 oz. (60 ml) gin
· ½ oz. (15 ml) celery juice
· ½ oz. lime juice
· ½ oz. honey syrup
o Which is just 2:1 honey to water, for ease of pouring
· Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe
· No garnish
