Named after the movie with a famous scene where Cary Grant is buzzed in a field by a biplane. Created in 2008 by Brian Miller at the Death and Co bar in NYC.
· 1 ½ oz. (45 ml) Aviation gin
· ¼ oz. (7.5 ml) absinthe
· ¾ oz. (23 ml) lemon juice
· ¾ oz. simple syrup
· Dry champagne
o Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute
o Top with champagne
o No garnish
