THE LAKE EFFECT
· 1 ½ oz. (45 ml) vanilla vodka
· ½ oz. (15 ml) blue curacao
· 1 oz. (30 ml) fresh squeezed OJ
· 1 oz. pineapple juice
· Something fizzy
o Combine first 4 ingredients and shake with ice
o Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice
o Fill with club soda
o Garnish with an orange slice and, hey, why not an umbrella?
