THE FLAMING MOE/HOMER
· ¼ oz. (15 ml) Green Chartreuse
· ¼ oz. Gin
· ¼ oz. Maraschino liqueur
· ¼ oz. Tequila
· ¼ oz. Kirshwasser (cherry liqueur)
· ¼ oz. Ouzo
· ¼ oz. Angostura bitters
· ¼ oz. Sloe Gin (this stands in for the cough syrup)
· ½ oz. (30 ml) lime juice
· ½ oz. Pineapple juice
o Combine all ingredients and shake with ice
o Open pour into a large rocks glass
o Garnish with half lime boat and a crouton or sugar cube soaked in Everclear, light on fire
