SNOWBALL
* 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice or lime cordial, (optional) I prefer cordial. Rose’s cordial is the preferred choice.
* 60 ml (2 oz.) advocaat
* 60 ml sparkling lemonade (full fat)
* Cold glass, no ice.
* Nip of brandy, as far as you wish but don’t overpower.
For the garnish
* 1 maraschino cherry, placed coquettishly on a cocktail stick.
* Add lime cordial to a chilled vintage glass. 70s or any mid-century modern glass: see “Abigail’s Party!”

* Pour the advocaat and let settle momentarily then and lemonade and stir
* Gently agitate until the outside of the glass feels cold and the emulsion…emusled?
* Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
