This episode will come out on New Year’s Day so I chose a great cocktail for holiday parties that is also very low ABV and delicious. We have a:
POINSETTIA CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
This cocktail is very simple.
· 1 oz. (30 ml) 100% cranberry juice
· ¼ oz. (7 ml) simple syrup
o The syrup is optional depending on your champagne sweetness level, but 100% cranberry juice is pretty tart
· ½ oz. (15 ml) triple sec
· Champagne
o I recommend Brut, or another on the drier side
· Combine all ingredients except champagne in a mixing glass with ice and stir
· Strain into a champagne flute or wine glass and top with champagne
o Probably about 3 oz. (90 ml)
· No need for garnish, but if you want one, rosemary is nice, or some fresh cranberries or an orange twist
It is so awesome that they made Daniel an Earth room on Cybertron.
