THE SUPER MARIOMOSA
· 1 oz. (30 ml) gin
· 2 oz. (60 ml) blood orange juice
· 1 tsp crème de cassis
· Shake with ice and double strain into an Erlenmeyer flask
· Fill with sparkling wine
· Cork
I tried really hard to find an Erlenmeyer flask without the measurement gradations on it, or a potion bottle that resembled the one in the game, but this was as close as I could get. I also didn’t want to spend a million dollars on what’s basically a one-off cocktail glass. I have 5 of these. I guess I could use them for Halloween decorations. Provided we ever get to celebrate Halloween again.
