· “The celebration, on St. Patrick’s Day, resulted in the following brain-child.”
o 1 jigger dry gin
o Juice of one lime
o 2 tsp crème de menthe
o ½ tsp simple syrup
o 1 egg white
· Mix with shaved ice and frappe diligently
· Shake through a sieve into a tall cocktail glass with a stem, garnish with a clover leaf
