THE APDC PUN’KIN SPICE SLAVIC CAUCASIAN

· Crushed ginger snap cookies
· 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
· 1.5 oz (45 mL) coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
· 1.5 oz (45 mL) vodka
· 1 oz (30 mL) Benedictine
o Made with 27 herbs, spices, and peels
o Sweet, licorice flavor
· 2-3 drops orange bitters
· 1 oz (30mL) heavy cream
· Pumpkin pie spice
o Combine Kahlua, vodka, Benedictine, and bitters and shake with ice
o Pour the honey onto a plate and use it to rim the glass
o Dip the honey rim into the crushed ginger snaps
o Strain into the glass over fresh ice
o Pour in cream
o Dust with pumpkin pie spice
We had this in TV Video Production in high school and it was…pretty awesome for the time.
